We are pleased to announce that the  London Terrace Block Party is the best ongoing street fair in the city.  We hope you will be participating with us this year and every year!

Spaces (10 feet along the curb) are on either side of West 24th Street between 9th and 10th Avenues.

Cost is $100 if paid by June 15. Otherwise, $120.
If you are a hot food vendor, propane tanks are charged at $220 each.

​

Space assignments are first-come, first-served.

We expect to sell out. If you prefer a particular space, we advise you to reserve early.

​

The Fair runs from 10 AM until 5 PM.

Vendors must provide all supplies including

tables, chairs, electricity, water, canopies, etc. We supply the space and, best of all, the reputation of being one of the City’s best, unique street fairs. There will be plenty of foot traffic from those using

the High Line park which has a 23rd Street entrance and runs past 24th Street up to 30th Street.

This Fair  supports the work of the London Terrace Tenants Association.

​

Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen at 296 Ninth Avenue.
